- Job Responsibilities
-
- Design, coordinate, and implement internal training programs through consultation with the Technical Training Section Head and/or relevant supervisory-level departments.
- Develop, assist in, or participate in the creation of training materials that align with approved competency and qualification standards, and prepare all necessary supporting training documentation.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on learning and development activities within the division to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner.
- Support the review and development of relevant policies and procedures as required to meet organizational needs.
- Implement work procedures, evaluate the methods used, and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure that activities are conducted efficiently and effectively when necessary.
- Develop training needs analyses and competency matrices at designated levels to ensure the effective implementation of training and competency development programs within the Coal Processing Plant and Port Operations areas.

- Job Requirements
-
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer in Coal Processing Plant and Port Operations, preferably within the mining and minerals industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or equivalent position.
- Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
- Holds a Level 4 Training of Trainers (ToT) certification.
