- Job Responsibilities

Conducting reviews of service contracts within the AlamTri Group to assess tax implications for the company, in order to provide accurate return memo recommendations to management.

Analyzing and reviewing financial and tax reports of subsidiaries within the AlamTri Group to deliver appropriate tax implication recommendations to the respective Business Units.

Actively participating in educating Business Units on applicable tax regulations and their implications for the company, ensuring the Business Units are well-informed on proper tax handling methods aligned with the company’s specific circumstances.

Acting as a consultant for Business Units undertaking new projects or establishing new entities, providing recommendations and insights related to applicable tax reporting and payments.

Conducting research on newly issued tax regulations relevant to the company’s operations to identify potential issues and their implications for the business.
Conducting a comprehensive review of service contracts within the AlamTri Group and providing tax-related recommendations for ongoing projects in the Business Units to identify potential tax implications for the company.

- Job Requirements
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Possesses 6–8 years of hands-on experience in the field of taxation, either from a reputable Tax Consulting Firm or a publicly listed company, with a strong track record in managing tax-related projects—preferably within the energy sector.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of accounting principles, including financial statements and journal entries.
- Exhibits in-depth expertise in taxation, including transactional taxes, Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) rules, offshore investments, final and non-final tax schemes, tax audits, and tax compliance.
- Holds Brevet A, B, and C certifications; USKP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven, open-minded, with proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
