  • Job Responsibilities
        • Inspect, prepare, and supervise the required resources, and operations & maintenance activities of Coal Processing Plant (CPP) to ensure execution meets OTOBOS (On Time, On Budget, On Scope) targets.
        • Develop and evaluate JSA, Work Instructions (WI), Technical Standards (TS), and checklists to ensure safe and compliant work execution.
        • Perform duties as isolation officer and equipment inspector. Review and monitor equipment and field inspection reports to prevent breakdowns.
        • Prepare and distribute daily crusher operation reports and issue PICA for any production shortfalls.
        • Coordinate coal recovery activities, and the maintenance of ROM areas, stockpiles, drainage, and coal traps, including daily temperature monitoring to maintain coal quality and maximize stockpile performance.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical/Electrical/welding Engineering or related degree. 
        • Minimum 3 years experience in related position. Preferable in Mining/Service/Manufacturing industry.
        • Good knowledge and competencies in machines systems  and components, proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), strong ability to read and interpret documents.
        • Strong communication, analytics, and problem solving skills. Good in attitude, able to work with minimal supervision.
        • Willing to be placed in Site - Lahat, South Sumatera (Roster).
