Monitor the progress of watershed rehabilitation (DAS) activities to make sure they meet the set targets.

Regularly coordinate with different parties about work progress and any challenges faced.

Supervise the vendor’s work and ensure they meet their responsibilities based on the contract.

Prepare regular reports and progress updates for each rehabilitation block.

Suggest follow-up actions for issues that might affect the program’s success.

Bachelor Degree in Forestry or Agriculture.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in land rehabilitation, conservation, or similar fieldwork. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of watershed rehabilitation principles and techniques.

Able to monitor and evaluate fieldwork in an organized way.

Good communication and coordination skills, especially with internal teams, field staff, and vendors.

Able to prepare accurate and regular project reports.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with mapping tools like GIS is a plus.

Able to operate a drone is a plus.

Willing to be placed in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan.
