Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all Land Secure activities in the field in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to both internal parties and external customers regarding work progress.
- Ensure that all field activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or Plantation.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in land security, plantation, forestry, or related industries
- Proficient in technical skills such as GIS Software, area mapping, crop cultivation, and project logistics distribution.
- Proficient in production reporting using Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build relationships with local stakeholders and navigate sensitive local dynamics.
- Awareness of basic safety and environmental standards is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung & Balangan, South Kalimantan.
