Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production and delivery planning of biomass (woodchip) to customers, and coordinate maintenance planning for machines and equipment.
- Supervise and control the entire biomass production process to ensure it runs according to the company’s operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in all production activities.
- Prepare daily reports on production performance and HSE aspects, and conduct evaluations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Forest Products Technology, or other relevant majors.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in any production or manufacturing environment (experience in agribusiness, wood processing, or similar industries is preferred).
- Experience in leading a team of production operators will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with machine operations and basic production machine troubleshooting is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, disciplined, resilient, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in computer operation, especially for production reporting using Microsoft Office, or basic ERP systems.
- Awareness of basic safety and environmental standards is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung, South Kalimantan.
