- Job Responsibilities

- Remuneration Function: Responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the administration and disbursement of employee compensation and benefits.
- Employee Services Function: Manage services related to employee rights and entitlements, ensuring efficient delivery and communication of benefit programs.
- Employee Database Management: Ensure the employee database is well-maintained, regularly updated, and accurately reflects current employment data.
- Work Schedule Management: Initiate work schedule arrangements in alignment with organizational needs and monitor employee attendance and timekeeping discipline.
- Termination and Final Settlement: Ensure the proper calculation, documentation, and disbursement of final entitlements in the event of employment termination, in compliance with labor regulations.
- Labor Supply Payments: Oversee the timely payment of labor supply services, including determining the appropriate components of compensation.
- Periodic Medical Check-ups: Coordinate and manage the implementation of regular medical examinations for employees.
- Labor Compliance: Implement applicable labor laws and regulations, and proactively update management on changes to employment legislation.
- Budget Planning and Oversight: Prepare the annual budget for the section and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved allocations.
Ensure the effective operation of the Remuneration & Employee Services function, which encompasses personnel services and employee administration. This includes managing and overseeing the entire payroll process, such as salary calculation, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions (e.g., income tax/PPh 21, BPJS), and ensuring timely and compliant payments in accordance with prevailing policies and procedures.

- Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree from any majors, preferably from Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Min 8 years working experience, with min 5 years experience as Section Head/Superintendent
- Strong competencies in Compensation & Benefit, Personal & Administration, Recruitment Management, and Performance Management
