  • Job Responsibilities
        • Supervise all Land Secure activities in the field in accordance with company instructions and procedures.
        • Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to both internal parties and external customers regarding work progress.
        • Ensure that all field activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or Plantation.
        • Minimum 2 years work experience in the plantation, forestry, or related industries.
        • Proficient in technical skills such as area mapping, crop cultivation, and project logistics distribution.
        • Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail.
        • ISO certification (9001, 14001, or 45001) and/or General Occupational Safety Expert certification is preferred.
        • Able to operate a computer, especially for production reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic ERP systems.
        • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, South Kalimantan.
