  • Job Responsibilities
        • Assist in daily production and delivery planning of biomass (woodchip) to customers, and coordinate maintenance planning for machines and equipment.
        • Supervise and control the entire biomass production process to ensure it runs according to the company’s operational standards.
        • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in all production activities.
        • Prepare daily reports on production performance and HSE aspects, and conduct evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Forest Products Technology, or other relevant majors.
        • Minimum 3 years experience in the biomass industry, wood processing, or similar manufacturing industries.
        • Experience in leading a team of production operators will be an advantage.
        • Strong understanding of woodchip production processes and supporting equipment.
        • Basic knowledge of production machine troubleshooting.
        • Familiar with woodchip quality parameters, handling, and storage techniques.
        • Demonstrates strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
        • Disciplined, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
        • ISO awareness certification (9001, 14001, or 45001) and/or General Occupational Safety Expert certification is preferred.
        • Proficient in computer operation, especially for production reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or basic ERP systems.
        • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, South Kalimantan.
