Job Responsibilities

  • Manage IT support services, including responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems.
  • Maintains records, reports, and documentation of technical support onsite/remote and inventory of IT equipments and licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedure.
  • As counterpart of Internal and external Auditor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related or similiar position.
  • Having certification such as Micrososft 365 Administrator. 
  • Proficient in IT Asset Management and IT Compliance. 
  • Excellent team work and reporting skills. 
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Head Office.
