Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT support services, including responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems.
- Maintains records, reports, and documentation of technical support onsite/remote and inventory of IT equipments and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedure.
- As counterpart of Internal and external Auditor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related or similiar position.
- Having certification such as Micrososft 365 Administrator.
- Proficient in IT Asset Management and IT Compliance.
- Excellent team work and reporting skills.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Head Office.
