Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operation of document management in ALDAS (Adaro Land Document Archiving Services).
  • Responsible for managing physical and digital documents in accordance with company policy. 
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Archive room.
  • Conduct librarian services for document request within Adaro Group.
  • Maintain integrity between physical document, soft copy document, and document database to ensure they remain organized and synchronized.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly report for document management monitoring activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in library and information science from reputable university.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in document and archive management. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. 
  • Experience in document management and archiving.
  • High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and digital document management systems.
  • Possesses strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
