  • Job Responsibilities
        • Understands the five principles of Emergency Management.
        • Assists the ERT Officer in identifying, assessing, and preventing emergency situations.
        • Ensures emergency preparedness, including personnel fitness and readiness of facilities and equipment.
        • Capable of responding to emergency situations.
        • Able to perform post-emergency recovery actions.
        • Understands the facilities and equipment used in emergency situations and first aid (P3K).
        • Able to conduct training for team members and employees on emergency situations.
        • Capable of coordinating all ERT members on duty, both for daily activities and emergency responses.
        • Able to develop work plans for each station and/or work shift.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree from a reputable institution.
        • At least 2 years of experience as an ERT Staff.
        • Technical expertise in Search and Rescue (Basarnas - Intermediate Level), First Aid (Level 3), and Firefighting (Class B).
        • Proficiency in Chinese language or experience working with Chinese companies is a plus.
        • Willing to be placed to Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
