  • Job Responsibilities
        • Oversee daily port operations, ensuring timely and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
        • Ensure that all port activities comply with national and international maritime laws, including port health, safety, and environmental regulations.
        • Lead, train, and mentor the port operations team to ensure peak performance.
        • Reports any anomaly in the process to the end user. Ensures corrective measures are proposed and implemented.
        • Prepares weekly & monthly reports and any other additional document reports when requested by the management.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Diploma's degree in Maritime Studies or related field (preferred).
        • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Port Section Head in port operations or relevant project management roles.
        • Certification: Valid ANT 1 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 1) certification is mandatory.
        • Strong leadership and team management skills.
        • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
        • Proficiency in port management software and systems.
        • Thorough knowledge of international maritime laws and safety regulations.
        • Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
        • Ability to speak Mandarin will be plus.
        • Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with roster based
