  • Job Responsibilities
        • Conduct HSE talks across all Kaltara projects according to the established schedule, attended by all employees and business partners.
        • Perform tasks in compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards, electrical safety standards (K2), and housekeeping programs.
        • Implement continuous improvement programs.
        • Monitor, inspect, maintain, and procure pollution prevention equipment (air, noise, solid, and liquid waste).
        • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to job responsibilities.
        • Develop and implement programs to prevent environmental impacts.
        • Conduct awareness sessions on environmental management and monitoring for both internal teams and external business partners.
        • Create, review, and update environmental regulations, documents, and procedures.
        • Ensure effective communication through meetings, training, promotions, and other channels.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
        • Must hold certifications related to operational control/pollution management for air, water, and hazardous waste (B3).
        • Strong knowledge of Environmental System Management.
        • At least 4 years of experience as an Environment Supervisor in a Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor setting.
        • Ability to work in a team and escalate issues arising in the field.
        • Willing to be placed to our job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
