  • Job Responsibilities
        • Prepare and manage technical data needed for project execution to ensure targets are met.
        • Supervise and monitor all construction and infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure they follow quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
        • Ensure the proper implementation of K3LH (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Hidup) standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Job Requirements
        • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
        • Minimal 4 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in construction projects.
        • Strong knowledge and experience in building construction, bridge construction, and deep foundation work.
        • Skilled in project and construction management, including cost estimation and project scheduling using MS Project and Excel.
        • Able to use structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
        • Good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly. 
        • Understands and has a K3 Konstruksi certification to follow workplace safety standards.
        • Holds a certification in Ahli Muda/Pratama Ahli Bangunan Gedung, Jembatan, or Geoteknik.
        • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
