- Job Responsibilities
-
- Implement the strategic plans and policies for the procurement process in Company in accordance with OKR, targets and Company's needs.
- Conduct planning and analysis of data and information related to the procurement mechanism for goods and/or services including the preparation of tender documents for evaluation of offers, awarding contracts, budgets, schedules, risk management and supporting documents needed in the process to ensure it runs effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable standard operational procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
- Analyze and compile all commercial contracts for procurement of goods and/or services including changes to contracts, dispute resolution and administration to minimize the occurrence of contract violations and compliance with applicable laws and internal Group policies.
- Maintain list of contracts (including monitoring the validity of contracts/agreements) and analyze vendor performance and check vendor compliance with the delivery of goods and/or services against the provisions of the contract including the specifications and schedules that have been agreed.
- Report periodically on the procurement process (on schedule, on budget and on time) and solutions to problems to be solved.
Conduct analysis and implementation of all activities and process procurement of goods and/or services so that the Company's operations can run well in accordance with the established SOP and policies.

- Job Requirements
-
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law/Economics/Engineering or other major with related experience, preferably from reputable university
- Have minimum 3 years as Procurement Officer/Supervisor or 3 years as Contract Management Officer/Supervisor
- Preferably have exposure in Contract Management and Tender Management
- Good interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
