  • Job Responsibilities
        • Manage and maintain the company's network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
        • Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
        • Monitor, diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues quickly and efficiently.
        • Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user management, configurations, and security settings.
        • Create and maintain network and infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs, aligned with business objectives.
        • Manage all IT assets maintenance dan documentation.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications from a reputable university.
        • At least 3 years of experience in a similar network and IT infrastructure position.
        • Strong Knowledge in TCP/IP concepts, internet applications, and network.
        • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS.
        • having profiency in English will be advantage
        • Strong communication, analytical, and time management skill
        • Willing to be placed in Malinau - North kalimantamn (Roster Based)
