- Oversee temperature control systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance temperature control efficiency and product quality.

- Job Requirements

- Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminium smelting or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of temperature control systems and processes in metallurgical operations.
- Proven ability to lead team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
- Shift work, including nights and weekends and willing to be placed in North Kalimantan with Roster
