  • Job Responsibilities
        • Supervise daily port activities, resource allocation, and emergency response.
        • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize workflows.
        • Ensure adherence to national and international maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
        • Lead, train, and mentor the port operations team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
        • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, identify anomalies, and propose corrective measures.
  • Job Requirements
        • Education: Minimum Diploma's degree in Maritime Studies or related field (preferred).
        • Certification: Valid ANT 1 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 1) certification is mandatory.
        • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Port Section Head in port operations or relevant project management roles.
        • Strong leadership and team management skills.
        • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
        • Proficiency in port management software and systems.
        • Thorough knowledge of international maritime laws and safety regulations.
        • Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
        • Ability to speak Mandarin will be plus.
