Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of coal mining operational activity data until shipping process for making routine and non-routine reports related to the company's operational activities.
- Manage production databases from mining to shipping.
- Reconcile the use of A2B, fuel, materials, and logistics, and make realization analysis.
- Analyze the achievement of mining production until shipping process and collaborate with related departments to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Documentation of documents, minutes of meetings, and reports properly and in a structured manner.
- Make periodic reports and prepare periodic meeting materials
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Mining Engineering, Geology Engineerin, Civil Engineering, Statistic, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good competencies in document handling, database management, writing & reporting
- WIlling to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan (roster)
