  • Job Responsibilities
        • The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
        • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
        • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
        • Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
        • Coordinate and oversee emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
        • Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
        • Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.
  • Job Requirements
        • Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
        • Minimum 5 years experience as Security Manager 
        • Experience in handling Risk Assessment,  Emergency Response Protocol, Security Management in construction project/ Hydropower project
        • Good communication & leadershipp skill
        • Willing to be placed in Malinau (North Kalimantan) with roster based
