Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing modern nursery operational activities, including infrastructure and resources.
  • Implement effective nursery management practices to ensure quality and sustainability in plant seedling growth.
  • Execute quality control (QC) measures to maintain high standards in plant production.
  • Regularly monitor the health of plant seedlings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture (Agrotechnology) or Forestry (Silviculture).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in modern nursery management. Experience in plat tissue culture is a plus.
  • Holds a Nursery Implementation Certification (Sertifikasi Pelaksanaan Tenaga Pembibitan) from BNSP.
  • Have basic knowledge of nursery management (including understanding soil quality, fertilizers, and water requirements to support plant growth).
  • Familiar with modern nursery infrastructure and its application.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to be stationed in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
