- Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing modern nursery operational activities, including infrastructure and resources.
- Implement effective nursery management practices to ensure quality and sustainability in plant seedling growth.
- Execute quality control (QC) measures to maintain high standards in plant production.
- Regularly monitor the health of plant seedlings.

- Job Requirements
-
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture (Agrotechnology) or Forestry (Silviculture).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in modern nursery management. Experience in plat tissue culture is a plus.
- Holds a Nursery Implementation Certification (Sertifikasi Pelaksanaan Tenaga Pembibitan) from BNSP.
- Have basic knowledge of nursery management (including understanding soil quality, fertilizers, and water requirements to support plant growth).
- Familiar with modern nursery infrastructure and its application.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Willing to be stationed in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
