Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop work plans and budges to ensure that processes within infrastructure & project (including mess buildings, offices, bridges, roads, etc.) run smoothly and in accordance with the established budget.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and lead the development of program plans and work activities within Project Development to support the achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate activities with other related departments involved in company's projects, oversee administrative processes, and ensure smooth implementation of activities.
  • Review and provide improvement suggestions related to ongoing development projects to support the achievement of company goals.
  • Ensure that contractors appointed by the company carry out construction work according to the set targets so that the construction quality can be utilized optimally.
  • Prepare regular reports to the company's Board of Directors on the status and progress of ongoing projects to enable effective project monitoring.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. More preferable with Engineering Professional Education (Profesi Insinyur).
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in construction project development. More preferable in coal mining project.
  • Have POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certification. 
  • Good competencies in communication, decision making, influencing skills, and interpersonal skiils.
  • Advance competencies in Construction & Project Management, Mining Operational Management, Operational Safety.
  • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra (roster base).
