Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategic plans for HRGA activities at PT Mustika Indah Permai’s mining operations, both long-term and short-term, to optimize coal mining productivity.
  • Ensure the implementation of HRGA strategies in accordance with the policies of Adaro Group, achieving alignment with corporate-level directives.
  • Plan workforce requirements in line with organizational development, monitor recruitment and selection processes, and ensure timely availability of qualified personnel as per agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Design employee development programs, performance management systems, and identify existing talents to ensure the availability of competent personnel who can sustain organizational stability and drive coal mining productivity.
  • Oversee and manage all GA aspects, including GA Services and GA infrastructure in order to support the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective programs to foster harmonious employee-employer relations, creating a conducive work environment aligned with company values and culture.
  • Analyze and evaluate HRGA strategy implementation to provide strategic insights for future planning and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Psychology, Management, Engineering, or Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Experience in handling HRGA Site Operations for mining industry is advantageous.
  • Advance knowledge of HR functions, including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be located in Lahat, South Sumatra (non-roster).
