  • Job Responsibilities
        • Develop checklists and monitor daily operational preparations of the water treatment plant efficiently and effectively to ensure environmentally friendly operations and achieve the desired production quality.
        • Conduct briefings for daily operational activities, including raw and treated water sampling and analysis, sharing monitoring data from the plant every 2 hours in the operational group, and ensuring all obstacles are resolved in accordance with established procedures.
        • Report any abnormalities or equipment malfunctions to ensure prompt and accurate follow-up actions.
        • Inspect and monitor operational equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition and ready for use during production.
        • Oversee logsheets and logbooks in designated areas, maintain cleanliness of the plant, and implement the 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) program to support smooth workplace operations.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) – a background in Mechanics or Electrical is preferred.
        • Preferably possesses knowledge of water treatment plant projects.
        • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
        • Ability to work diligently and consistently over extended periods, including repetitive tasks.
        • Excellent communication skills.
        • Willingness to be stationed in Tanah Kuning, North Kalimantan.
