Supervising crewing operation activities including preparing the placement of manpower crew on ships and carrying out supervision and evaluation of crew performance to support the company's operational activities.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Port Shipping Management or any related majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Marine Industry or other similar industries.
• Familiarity with maritime rules, regulations and guidelines codes.
• Understand ship operations (Tugboat & Floating Crane) and crew competency requirements
• Crew Management
• Great communication skills are preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
