- Ensure HSE policies and procedures are well-documented, updated, and reported as needed.
- Promote HSE updates and safety practices to employees and contractors.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, provide training, and organize safety activities.
- Collect data on safety concerns and recommend improvements.
- Monitor contractors to ensure safe work practices in all construction activities

- Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction for building and bridge projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive follow-up on tasks
- Strong Incident investigation skills
- Adaptable and resilient
- Required Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi, P3K, POP, Implementasi SMKP, HIMU or AK3 Environmental Work Safety
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
