Ensuring the control, monitoring, observation, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program implementation across all work environments. Guaranteeing effective control, monitoring, observation, and enhancement of HSE implementation in alignment with the established plans and strategies.

• Conducting evaluations on the effectiveness of risk assessments and determining control programs.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and legal requirements across all job sites.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and improving the Management Control Program, focusing on inspections, observations, and hazard reporting.
• Supporting the investigation process of incidents, particularly high-risk incidents.
• Overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of follow-up actions from accident investigations.
• Developing technical standard parameters for accident prevention.
• Designing, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the implementation of accident prevention programs.
• Conducting internal audits for the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMKP).
• Controlling the budget allocation for safety programs across all job sites.
• Coordinating with external agencies, including but not limited to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the Ministry of Environment (KLH), the Ministry of Manpower (Naker), the Ministry of Health, and Corporate HSE.

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Mini. 7 years of experience in the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) field.
• Have relevant Trainings and Certifications: Safety Management System for Mining (SMKP) – Implementation and Internal Auditing, First Line Supervisor (POP) / Middle Line Supervisor (POM) certifications, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 (Awareness and Internal Auditor), Fire Prevention & Protection
• Solid knowledge of Coal Mining Services, proficiency in Mining Machinery, and General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum)
• Good Leadership and communication skill
