Metallurgy Manager is responsible for management and oversight of strategic metallurgical projects. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in metallurgical performance of processing plants either through continuous improvement, growth projects, or through deployment of leading-edge technology and innovation and its transfer.

• Monitor plant performance and analyse data to provide performance trends and improvements
• Investigate all process failures and develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
• Select critical mineral processing technology and equipment using comprehensive analysis methods that considers technical, financial especially in new development projects
• Anticipate threats and opportunities to the product forecast over short, medium, long-term horizons and recommend to mitigate, supported by modelling and simulation
• Leadership and management of metallurgy staff and laboratory functions (metallurgical lab and coke oven lab)

• Bachelor Degree of Metallurgy/Chemical or Process Engineering.
• 10 years relevant experience with Metallurgy Manager
• Dept Understanding in equipment design & maintenance
• Dept experience in mineral processing
• Good in project execution/delivery
