- Job Responsibilities

- - Implement company policies and strategies as a reference for managing materials to support the procurement of goods across all operational sites.
- Analyze inventory conditions and conduct forecasting for stock levels, order fulfillment, and buffer stock for Agreed Stock Items to ensure availability aligns with target objectives.
- Propose potential Agreed Stock Items for review and approval by superiors, as well as conduct stock planning analysis and evaluation to manage site inventory effectively.
- Conduct internal assessments/audits to ensure the proper implementation of SOPs and other procurement policies, along with evaluating and monitoring corrective actions taken.
- Oversee the management of material master data, registration of material master into the system, development and enhancement of the ERP system, and implement application systems to support material management operations, including compiling inventory catalogs, especially for Agreed Stock Items.
- Develop methods and schedules for Stock Taking (ST) and monitor the execution and results of ST to ensure compliance with targets, followed by continuous improvement evaluations to minimize discrepancies.
- Provide necessary data to Logistics and Procurement PICs, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of work programs.
- Process, analyze, and report material and inventory data, as well as KPI achievements on a weekly and monthly basis, to effectively monitor KPI performance and recommend corrective actions (PICA) as needed.
- Analyze inventory stock value, aging, blocked stock, parts return, and stock transfers across all site locations to control available stock and inventory levels, preventing deadstock occurrences.
- Conduct site visits for program implementation reviews, periodic surprise stock-taking, and analysis, as well as follow up on PICA for issues identified within MMSD and Logistics operations.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- At least 4 years of experience in Inventory/Logistics/Procurement, preferably within the Coal Mining industry.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management and analysis.
- Solid skills in transportation management.
- Competent in warehousing and distribution operations.
- Proficient in fuel management.
- Skilled in cataloging processes.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
