- Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to implement the Company's Logistics policies and strategies as a reference for managing site logistics, supporting the procurement of goods at all operational locations.
- Conduct inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and buffer stock analysis.
- Follow up on Purchase Requests from users by monitoring and coordinating with Procurement HQ and suppliers to expedite the supply process.
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, with goods received by customers/users meeting specified quality and quantity standards.
- Oversee and ensure orderly and efficient processes for receiving, unloading, and storing goods.
- Ensure proper documentation, including receipt and issuance of goods, updating Stock Cards for In & Out, and managing loan/mutation records.
- Conduct regular maintenance of Company assets (Warehouse) in accordance with the 5S management system and implement FIFO/LIFO principles.
- Ensure perpetual stock taking is conducted according to set targets, with routine reporting.
- Implement, evaluate, and continuously improve adherence to applicable Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards in Logistics operations.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement work programs.

- Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Mechanical), Business, Management, or Economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation management.
- Proven leadership skills.
