  • Job Responsibilities
        • Review the sources of tax data used for fulfilling the company's tax obligations to ensure the reported tax data is accurate.
        • Review the calculations of taxable income and tax liabilities (for tax return filing) to strive for optimal tax compliance.
        • Draft a concept for responding to correspondence from the tax office to provide accurate explanations regarding the company's tax compliance.
        • Review the latest tax regulations and identifying potential impacts on the company to ensure smooth business operations.
        • Conduct tax dispute analysis and coordinating activities to prepare objections and steps to handle tax compliance cases, ensuring that arguments, explanations, and supporting data are available at the tax office.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Taxation or Fiscal Administration.
        • Certified with Brevet Pajak B is a must.
        • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Superintendent.
        • Experienced in Public Accounting Firm or Power Plant/ Smelter/ Mining Industry will be an advantage.
        • Willing to be placed at Jakarta Head Office.
