Rom Management Operation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that ROM operations are conducted with the best practices, efficiently and correctly.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety, health, and environmental standards (SHE) in ROM operations under your responsibility.
  • Coordinate with contractors and the Coal Logistics Team regarding loading equipment at the ROM for Coal Outloading activities and feeding equipment to the Crusher.
  • Plan and manage Traffic Management for coal trucks from the ROM to Segment 4 Gate.
  • Execute maintenance activities for ROM, including access roads, bases, embankments, and drainage systems.
  • Ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is adhered to at the ROM.
  • Ensure coal quality is maintained to minimize contamination, dilution, and large coal pieces.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the mining sector (ROM/Stockpile/Coal Logistics).
  • Strong competencies in: Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification, ROM Management, Fleet Management, HSE Management, and Operational Techniques (Heavy Equipment).
  • Willing to be stationed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
