Overseeing the operational activities of the Weighbridge to ensure the achievement of planned goals and targets in the safest, most effective, and efficient manner.

• Ensuring that all vehicle weighing processes run smoothly and comply with technical procedures and safety regulations, including monitoring vehicle loads to prevent exceeding the allowed weight limits (Over Dimension Over Load/ODOL).
• Supervising and coordinating the performance of weighbridge operators to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Collecting daily weighing data and preparing periodic reports (every shift) on operational activities, which are then submitted to management or supervisors.
• Addressing any technical or administrative issues that arise during the weighing process and providing prompt and effective solutions. This includes managing the operational needs of the weighbridge, such as printers, computers, ink, weighbridge tickets (SJB), etc.
• Ensuring the weighbridge and its supporting equipment are always in good condition by conducting regular checks (P2H) and coordinating for maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Communicating with the Logistics & ROM Operations Team, transport companies, and relevant parties regarding weighing policies and regulations.
• Managing the distribution of weighbridge services by route, in coordination with the ROM Operations and Coal Logistics Teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Civil Engineering/Mining Engineering/Logistics and Transportation/Statistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of Transportation/Coal Weighing (Weighbridge/ROM/Stockpile/Coal Logistics).
• Strong competencies in First-Level Operational Supervision (POP), Truck Management, Weighbridge Management, HSE Management, and Statistics & Data Analysis.
• Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera
