Job Responsibilities
- Implement organizational development programs in alignment with the company’s strategy, policies, and needs to ensure the effective application of these strategies and policies in the field.
- Monitor the recruitment and selection process of labor supply candidates in accordance with operational needs to support the company’s activities.
- Implement employee development programs through internal/external training or assessments, aligned with the approved company budget and requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of an integrated HR information system that maintains a comprehensive employee database through HR System applications.
- Execute administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Review monthly calculations for overtime, medical reimbursement claims (in-patient and out-patient), and travel expenses for employees with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations.
- Document employee development programs, including internal/external training or assessments, to ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Law or related field.
- Min 2 years of working experience as HR Officer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong competencies in office administration, recruitment & selection management, training management, and human resources information system (HRIS).
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra (non-roster).
