Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate company drivers and vehicles, and arrange vehicle rentals from external sources when necessary to support employee work activities.
  • Coordinate catering services and operational vehicle rentals in line with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor travel schedules and fulfill travel needs (e.g., hotel bookings, vehicle availability) to ensure employee travel complies with company policies.
  • Track and verify overtime hours for outsourced employees to minimize calculation errors by the outsourcing company.
  • Analyze and report General Affairs activity data to support the decision-making process.
  • Manage, send, and record documents in computer systems and log books, including both incoming (letters, invoices, etc.) and outgoing documents.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good customer service orientation.
  • Required competencies: Office Administration, General Office Services, Documentation Management.
  • Willingness to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra (non roster).
