Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Cattle Farming and Fertilizer activities.
- Execute Quality Control and marketing functions for organic fertilizer products (both solid and liquid).
- Implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle within the Integrated Farming department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry or Agriculture.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the farming and agriculture industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in managing ruminant farms, particularly cattle.
- Experience working in a laboratory, especially with organic fertilizers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
