Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate assignment schedules for loading and unloading activities to the relevant operators.
  • Monitor the execution of loading and unloading operations, providing technical guidance to operators for problem-solving and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure the loading and unloading process is conducted in an organized and compliant manner, adhering to K3LH regulations.
  • Coordinate with the harbormaster to facilitate smooth operations by managing information exchange (such as ship docking and sailing permissions).
  • Identify potential risks or damages during operations and implement appropriate measures according to established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment-related issues.
  • Lead emergency response efforts in critical situations that may threaten company operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1/DIV) in Nautical/Technical fields or possession of an ANT II/ATT II certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related position, or within a comparable industry.
  • Strong understanding of Stockpiling, Loading Management, Port Administration, Berthing, Safety & Environment Management.
  • Experience with ISM & ISPS code implementation and port operations.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be stationed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
