Job Responsibilities
- Conduct financial transaction administration activities, including recording the company’s routine operational income and expenses.
- Receive documents from both internal and external company vendors.
- Manage administrative correspondence related to the company’s financial activities to ensure effective communication between all parties.
- Compile employee attendance records, work schedules, leave, and overtime calculations based on factual data for accurate overtime payment summaries.
- Compile attendance data for vendors and outsourced personnel.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Administration or General Finance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in operating computers, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra.
