Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial transaction administration activities, including recording the company’s routine operational income and expenses.
  • Receive documents from both internal and external company vendors.
  • Manage administrative correspondence related to the company’s financial activities to ensure effective communication between all parties.
  • Compile employee attendance records, work schedules, leave, and overtime calculations based on factual data for accurate overtime payment summaries.
  • Compile attendance data for vendors and outsourced personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Administration or General Finance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in operating computers, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra.
