Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities
  • Managing personnel administration and employee services activities related to compensation, benefits, and attendance are carried out effectively, optimally, and efficiently to support the smooth operation of the company.
  • Carrying out HR administrative tasks related to compliance such as handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Local Disnaker
  • Managing the local recruitment & selection, and placement processes to ensure that the company acquires employees with the right quantity, quality, qualifications & applied regulations.
  • Monitor the implementation of company regulations in the workplace to ensure that all employees adhere to the established rules.
  • Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, handling Industrial Relations, Employee Services, Personnel Administration, and Recruitment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the mining industry is beneficial.
  • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.
