Job Responsibilities

  • Providing legal expertise and guidance on all matters related to the project.
  • Reviewing relevant regulations and assessing their impact on project operations.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of legal risks associated with project activities and developing mitigation plans.
  • Assisting in the review of legal documents, contracts, and project-related correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborating with project teams to address legal concerns and provide proactive support throughout project lifecycles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role with a background in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
  • Any relevant certification related to construction law or project management would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations applicable to project development and management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing legal aspects of complex projects.
