Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data filing and correspondence administration activities in the accounting department to support the financial administration activities of the company.
  • Manage all financial and accounting administration documents (BDV, BRV, Journals, Debit Notes) both in Jakarta and Kalimantan to ensure all documents are stored properly, systematically, and easily retrievable.
  • Conduct checks on the completeness of debit notes, withholding tax evidence, and AR confirmations, and prepare cover letters to ensure all documents are complete for sending to vendors.
  • Create Purchase Requests (PR) as designated by the PIC for accounting purposes.
  • Compile communication provider invoices and initiate the approval process with GA to prepare for payment by the Accounts Payable department.
  • Prepare cover letter documents related to storage and retrieval at the storage service provider (crown) to ensure proper documentation of document inflow and outflow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience as Accounting Staff in any industry
  • Strong competencies in Finance, Accounting
  • Excellent work standard and attentive to detail
