Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all secretarial duties and functions and also responsible in assisting to make  an efficient administration support to the BOD and also Division/Department.
  • Arranges and Organizes the schedule of Management regular meeting  and makes the minutes of meeting
  • Receive, type, send/reply the letter/document/memo/correspondence/approval request including handling documents of confidential nature etc as per authority/delegated/instructed and also make a record/archive for all of documents  made/sent/received
  • Assist contract administration and Plan Due Check Action (PDCA)  tasks, and support other  divisions/departments that need assistance related to administration.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum  Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Secretary or Business Administration & Management.
  • Have minimum 3 years of work experience as Secretary – in Corporate would be preferable.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required Competencies : Secretarial, Document Management and Office Administration
  • Good command in English both Oral & Written.
