Job Responsibilities

  • Perform safety talks across all Kaltara Project sites according to the predetermined schedule, attended by all employees and working partners.
  • Collect data regarding areas and activities requiring tighter supervision to provide recommendations to the Relevant Departments regarding work procedures and the use of detection tools and personal protective equipment.
  • Conduct commissioning and re-commissioning activities on vehicles (A2B, DT, Bus, LV, etc.), equipment, and structures (offices, workshops, etc.) to ensure operational safety.
  • Gather data and document any accidents or hazardous incidents, pre-incident information, accident causes for further analysis, and assist in future accident prevention.
  • Conduct inspections, observations, and create reports containing findings on non-compliance throughout the work areas.
  • Compile technical study records to make safety operation recommendations.
  • Conduct investigations in case of workplace accidents or non-compliance in implementing the HSES management system.
  • Create and review HSE documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, Standards, JSA & RA).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or related engineering disciplines.
  • Must hold General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certification and Junior Construction Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certification.
  • Certification as a Scaffolding Inspector and Gas Detector Assessor would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Supervisor in a Construction or EPC Contractor setting.
  • Ability to handle teams effectively.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, with a roster system.
