Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing the Asset Management System (AMS), conducting periodic AMS assessments, and coaching the management of power plant governance maturity levels in line with best practices.
  • Preparing and analyzing inventory to achieve optimal stock levels for strategic and routine spare parts.
  • Preparing and periodically updating the 5Y+1Y power plant asset plans to support asset utilization optimization, as well as managing risk management and compliance to achieve optimal EAF (Equivalent Availability Factor) and costs.
  • Preparing, evaluating, and regularly updating the plant risk register based on plant equipment wellness to support asset availability and reliability optimization.
  • Facilitating the Reliability Management program, including Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) / Root Cause Analysis on process equipment systems, and monitoring the implementation and required corrective actions.
  • Managing the implementation of Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) and Adaro Zero Accident Mindset (AZAM) in accordance with power plant operational compliance with occupational safety rules (SMK3 and SMK2) and environmental sustainability.
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations for performance improvement to reduce carbon emissions intensity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Engineering or Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Asset Management in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Jobsite in Head Office, Jakarta.
