Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep functions of building facilities in the Office Area, Mess, and Office.
- Recording and monitoring assets in the Office and Mess areas.
- Updating Office Supplies (ATK) material stock and distributing to departments.
- Monitoring and recording employee leave, transportation, and accommodation on the employee roster.
- Performing administrative functions within the scope of GA Services work.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma Degree, Hospitality Major would be an advantage.
- Min 3 years experience in General Affair Services in jobsite.
- Have good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional experience in companies that handle project would be an advantage.
- Able to coordinate team and technician
- Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site.
