Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep functions of building facilities in the Office Area, Mess, and Office.
  • Recording and monitoring assets in the Office and Mess areas.
  • Updating Office Supplies (ATK) material stock and distributing to departments.
  • Monitoring and recording employee leave, transportation, and accommodation on the employee roster.
  • Performing administrative functions within the scope of GA Services work.

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma Degree, Hospitality Major would be an advantage.
  • Min 3 years experience in General Affair Services in jobsite.
  • Have good communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Professional experience in companies that handle project would be an advantage.
  • Able to coordinate team and technician
  • Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site.
