  • Job Responsibilities
        • Operate gantry cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and containers according to work orders and safety regulations.
        • Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
        • Maneuver loads with precision to avoid accidents or damage to materials and equipment.
        • Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate lifting and moving operations effectively.
        • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance staff.
        • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
        • Maintain accurate records of material movements and equipment maintenance activities.
        • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

         
  • Job Requirements
        • High school diploma or equivalent.
        • Proven experience operating gantry cranes or similar heavy machinery.
        • Certification or training (SIO) in crane operation is a must.
        • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy machinery.
        • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
        • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
        • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in challenging conditions.
        • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in roster setting at Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
