Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding the TURJAWALI principle (Regulation, Safeguarding, Surveillance, and Patrol)
  • Identifying and assessing potential Security threats
  • Developing and reviewing standard operating procedures for Security
  • Developing and reviewing Security Plans (RenPam)
  • Familiarity with Security Management Systems (SMS)
  • Handling conflicts in the workplace
  • Security Personnel Management and Emergency Response Management
  • Determining the level of risk and vulnerability in the workplace security

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Law.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Security Chief or Security Section Head in Power Plants, Metal Refining Factories, or Mining Industries.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Guarding, First Aid (Level 2), and Incident Investigation (Intermediate).
  • Willingness to be stationed at the Workplace Location in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
