Responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and employee (People Development – PD) activities to support overall company activities so that they run smoothly in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, so as to help improve company performance.

• Min Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology 
• Min 2 years of working experience in HR Development, or relevant position
• Extensive knowledge of organizational & skills development, also capacity building strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan.
