- Job Responsibilities
-
- Supervise the team in the implementation of blasting so that it runs with safe and according to plan.
- Monitoring and coordinating in achieving blasting targets and results detonation (fragmentation and recovery blasting), in order to increase productivity loading equipment / excavator.
- Monitoring the impact of drilling and blasting activities, so that always in safe standard parameters in accordance with the provisions.
- Monitoring the use of drilling and blasting activity costs in order to stay in accordance with the predetermined budget.
- Monitoring production activities carried out in accordance with the provisions that apply and achieve the targets that have been set.
- Monitoring the achievement of production targets so that they can be ensured to be in accordance with predefined targets
- Analyze and follow up on the results of inspections reported by weekly and monthly related to engineering and environmental operational supervision, in order to all results of controlled blasting activities in accordance with technical principles Mining.
- Create and correct occupational hazard risk analysis (HIRA & JSA) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for which it is responsible to be compliant with applicable procedures.
- Make work reports and analyze work problems that occur to superiors periodically (daily, weekly and monthly), for review and improvement materials in the future.

- Job Requirements

- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences of working in Drill & Blast Engineer or Production Supervisor
- Certified in Juru Ledak (KJL II) is a must
- Willing to be placed in Site Office, Balangan, Kalimantan Selatan
